Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information our apps collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers every game released under the Acelera Games brand by Acelera Holdings, LLC ("we", "us"), including Pomby: Monster Sort.

The short version

Our games do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, contacts or location.
Free, ad-supported games such as Pomby show ads through advertising partners. Those partners collect device and usage data to show and measure ads.
On iPhone, personalized ads use your device's advertising identifier only if you allow tracking when the app asks. You can change this at any time in Settings.

Information we store on your device

Game progress and settings, such as your best score, are saved on your device only. We do not send them to our own servers, and deleting the app deletes them.

Advertising

Pomby is free because it shows ads. We use Unity LevelPlay to choose which ad network shows each ad. The networks currently used are listed below. When an ad is requested, these companies may receive and process:

device information such as model, operating system version, language and screen size;
an IP address, used to estimate your general region;
ad interactions, such as whether an ad was shown, completed or tapped;
the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), but only if you tap "Allow" on the iOS tracking prompt.

If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", ads are still shown but are not personalized using your IDFA. You can change this later under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Children

Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can limit ad tracking in your device settings at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete or restrict the use of your personal information. Because we do not keep personal information on our own servers, most requests are handled directly by the advertising partners listed above; we will help you reach them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how our games handle data, we will update this page and its effective date.
